Description Of Work: 

Mr. Balutis spent over 4 hours inspecting a house which we had put an offer on. He performed a standard but thorough inspection of every inch of the house, in and out.

We were in the process of getting a home inspection and it was one of the most thorough inspections we've had or heard of. Overall Mr. Balutis spent 4 1/2 hours with us explaining all of our questions and reviewing his findings. It started out with him arriving early and being prepared to start right on time. Upon hearing there was mold was apparent in the basement (he pointed out the areas to us) we opted to get a mold test done, which is included in the overall price mentioned. Overall his professionalism and knowledge made use feel very comfortable that a job was well done and we felt much more aware of what we were getting into going forward with the purchase.
